The first mining activities of Ökten Group of Companies were started in 1954 by the late Hüseyin Ökten.

The first of the mining enterprises of the Ökten Group of Companies was established in 1968 by the late Hüseyin Ökten under the name Deniz Kömür İşletmeleri.

In 1976, Yeniköy Maden İşletmeciliği Tic. and Ltd. Şti. established.

Our chairman of the board Mr. Kadir Ökten founded the Ökten Mining Company in 1978.

Öktenler İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Limited Şirketi is one of the subsidiaries of Ökten Group of Companies established in 1986.

Öksan Mining was established in 1987. The company continues its mining activities throughout Turkey selflessly without interruption.

In 1987, Ökten Group of Companies founded Star Aviation, Turkey's first aviation company, and became a pioneer in the country's aviation sector. It is also home to Turkey's first civil aviation and pilot school.

ÖKPA Mining Marketing, Transport Industry and Trade Limited Company was established in 1987.

Teknosept Textile Tourism Agriculture Electronics Industry and Trade Limited Company was established in 1988.

Teknoteks Güvenlik Gereçleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 1988 as Turkey's first and only ballistic vest manufacturer. It also operates in the fields of bulletproof vehicle armoring, electronics and defense equipment.

Ultra Basın Yayın San Tic Aş is one of the prestigious subsidiaries of Ökten Group of Companies.

Teknosafe Güvenlik Gereçleri Tekstil Madencilik Turizm Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 2006 as a continuation of Teknoteks.

Inşara Construction Mining Excavation Limited Company was established in 2010 as a subsidiary of Ökten Group of Companies.

Established in 2017. It provides advocacy and legal consultancy services with its experienced, well-equipped and professional staff.
