Notably, Star Aviation was founded in 1987 by Ali İsmet Öztürk—Turkey’s first professional civilian aerobatic pilot and a graduate of the Helicopter Pilot Course. In addition to being an accomplished aerobatic aircraft designer, maintenance technician, and aviation entrepreneur, Mr. Öztürk showcased his skills on an international stage. Between 2004 and 2008, he performed over 559 shows at more than 80 international air shows across 19 countries, captivating an audience of approximately 15 million people.
